Service Description
Replace contaminated carbon air filters, HEPA filters, engine air filters, and replace worn spark plugs, and if equipped, clean the throttle body. Fuel additives available upon request. Clients must provide their own parts. If there is an issue, with acquiring parts on your own. Fill out required fields on booking form.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit required at booking, remainder due upon finished work. Payments accepted once work is completed are Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. No show fee is $50, it will be taken from your original deposit. You will have to re-book and submit another deposit to receive service. Cancellations must be requested 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment, to cancel or reschedule please contact Jeff at (240) 926-2300. One free reschedule will be allowed per booked appointment, if a second reschedule is needed, your initial deposit will become nonrefundable, you will have to re-book a new service with a new deposit. If rain occurs during selected date and time, it will be your responsibility to contact Jeff at (240) 926-2300 to reschedule your service within a timely manner before arrival; the deposit will be held until services are rendered and then final payment will be due upon completion. In the case of rain, after your service has been completed, Upshaw Professional Mobile Detailing & Mechanics, LLC cannot be held liable due to inclement weather. Upshaw Professional Mobile Detailing & Mechanics, LLC proudly serves Prince George's County, Charles County and St. Mary's County within a 25 mile radius from St. Charles Towne Center Mall. If you are located outside of the 25 mile radius within the three mentioned counties, there will be a $1 per mile charge from the starting location to your location for service.
